Abstract

The paper emphasizes the importance of understanding the psychological characteristics and personal attributes that contribute to criminal behavior. It explores various psychological and psycho-social theories that explain delinquent conduct and highlights the role of psychologists in assessing individuals involved in criminal cases. The methodology of the paper involves a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, integrating quantitative and qualitative techniques to gain insights into the psychological profiles of individuals engaged in criminal behavior.
